Now that I am 6 weeks into having my clinic opened, the frantic activity has settled and I am now establishing a new routine.Β Workouts have been scheduled and completed, and dinners are becoming a less stressful task.Β Well for 4/7 days of the week this is true.Β The best way to reduce stress is to simplify.Β This recipe is just that, a simplified plan for better nutrition.
Of note, I am really proud of my food photography on this one.Β It may have taken longer to accomplish this task then to cook the actual recipe.Β Β
