I posted about this smoothie last week on my IG and I received SOOO many DMs. I couldn’t wait to share this recipe with you filled with yummy goodness. Not to mention, PLANT POINT GALORE.  Enjoy💚

🥤Temple Smoothie Recipe 


  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 1.5 cups GF oats
  • 5 scoops Orgain unflavored 
  • 7 dates
  • 2 Tbsp seeds (chia, hemp hearts, or flax seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp local raw honey
  • 2 Tsp beet powder 
  • 1 Tsp Spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cup frozen Wild blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • 1/2 cup of frozen organic:
    • Cherries
    • Mango
    • Pineapple
    • Dragonfruit


  1. Blend and Serve 💚
  2. This makes 4 GIANT servings
