Low Histamine Mango Berry Smoothie

Allergy season is here in Charlotte NC. If you suffer from seasonal allergies do not miss our blog post on this topic HERE. In the post, I discuss histamines and how they can impact your allergy symptoms.

Allergies may show up as:

  • Congestion
  • Post-nasal drip with nighttime cough and frequent throat clearing
  • Excess mucus production
  • Sneezing
  • Runny nose
  • Itchy, watereyes
  • Scratchy throat
  • Tickle/irritation in the ears

To help you make better nutrition choices for your allergies, here is a Mango Berry Smoothie Recipe that is low in histamines but filled with deliciousness.
