How Food Allergies relate to Asthma

I was invited by Laura, author of Umplarain Blog, to speak on how Food Allergies relate to Asthma.  Laura is a child counselor who specializes in families and children with food allergies through personal and professional experience.  In part 1 of this 2 part series, I cover the statistics as they relate to food allergies and asthma.  In the second part, I will address Asthma Prevention and Functional Medicine tips that can decrease symptoms, reduce meds, and improve the quality of life in those suffering with this chronic inflammatory condition of the lungs.
