Zucchini Noodle Soup

It’s summer!  It’s hot!  A soup recipe really?  Yep.  This is a perfect time and way to get your veggies in.  Busy summer days call for quick recipes to feed growing bodies with nutritious food.

Now that I am 6 weeks into having my clinic opened, the frantic activity has settled and I am now establishing a new routine.  Workouts have been scheduled and completed, and dinners are becoming a less stressful task.  Well for 4/7 days of the week this is true.  The best way to reduce stress is to simplify.  This recipe is just that, a simplified plan for better nutrition.

Of note, I am really proud of my food photography on this one.  It may have taken longer to accomplish this task then to cook the actual recipe.
