Baked Ziti with Sausage, Gluten Free Dairy Free Edition

Hello everyone,

A few questions before we get started:

  1. When you hear gluten free, do you cringe and envision cardboard like food?
  2. When you hear dairy free, do you get nauseated at the thought of fake cheese?
  3. When you hear gluten and dairy free in the same sentence, do you roll your eyes and then cry in despair?

Well fret no more people. I am here to save the day.

Today I am sharing with you my new adjusted recipe for one of my family’s favorite recipe. Due to autoimmune issues, my daughter and I have had to learn how to live the gluten free and dairy free life. My middle son who is not a fan of acne on his handsome face has join the Reduced Dairy Movement with great results. Thus, kitchen experimentation is always going on at our house. Without further ado, here is the New Edition
