Cauliflower Tortilla Greek Wrap

If your child’s school provided lunches are as scary as my kid’s schools have been, you will definitely want to pack something for the kiddos. It’s alarming that the pitiful slab of sauce on a school pizza slice is considered a vegetable serving by the government. But coming up with ideas for school lunches doesn’t need to be overwhelming for parents. Especially for those with children that suffer with eczema. This Cauliflower Tortilla Greek Wrap recipe is a quick and easy eczema-friendly. option! Vegetarian as shown, but you can always add a meat if your kid is inclined.
