Chicken Sausage Pasta Salad

Coming up with dinner ideas for school nights can often be overwhelming for parents. This Chicken Sausage Pasta Salad recipe is a quick and easy option that the whole family can enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • organic chicken sausage
  • pitted olives
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • Kinder’s seasoning blend
  • apple cidar vinegar
  • penne pasta
  • organic feta cheese
  • cherry tomatoes
  • zucchini
  • bell peppers

Instructions:

  1. Pour pasta into boiling water
  2. Cook for one minute less than directed on package
  3. Drain and rinse with cold water
  4. Slice sausage and cook until lightly browned
  5. Dice the veggies
  6. Mix together diced veggies, olives, pasta and sausage
  7. Add dressing (instructions below) and mix together
  8. Add feta on top

Dressing:

  1. Whisk together 3 tbsp of each of olive oil and apple cidar vinegar
  2. Mix in 1 tbsp of the Kinder’s seasoning blend
  3. Add more seasoning as desired
